The Algeciras City Council has awarded us the project for the reorganization of Ojo del Muelle street, between Avenida Virgen del Carmen and the Cánovas del Castillo section, which gives access to the Ingeniero Torroja market.

The aim of this action is to transform a space that is currently very degraded and that supports high traffic and, fundamentally, pedestrian traffic, as it is one of the main connecting routes between Avenida Virgen del Carmen and the food market.

The Baena City Council has awarded us the intervention works in the Plaza de España and Andalucía, which will gain space for citizens. The works consist of raised platforms and widening of steel pavements, included in the IDAE pedestrian mobility program. A project framed in the low carbon economy program for local entities with Feder Funds.

With the works, the city council intends, within the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, to promote walking on pedestrian streets such as Castro del Río avenue and the “stay use” in squares such as Spain and Andalusia.

We have been awarded the refurbishment works of the Carlos III Cinema Theater in La Carolina, in Jaén.

The project contemplates the transformation of the old Carlos III cinema into a theater.

There are many jobs and when everything is finished, there will be a stage space ready to host all kinds of performances and shows. This is one of the great projects of this municipality and it would not have been possible without the constant collaboration of the Provincial Council.
